This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to event decoration services and professional training courses offered by Unifest Events through https://unifestevents.in/.
By booking our services or enrolling in our courses, you agree to this policy.
1. Event Decoration Services
Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- The advance amount secures your event date and covers initial preparation and material planning.
Cancellation by Client
- If cancellation is made 7 days or more before the event date, part of the advance may be adjusted or refunded after deducting material and preparation costs.
- If cancellation is made within 7 days of the event, the advance amount is strictly non-refundable due to material purchases and team scheduling.
- If cancellation is made within 48 hours of the event, no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling
- One-time rescheduling may be allowed based on availability.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days prior to the event date.
- New date confirmation is subject to availability.
Cancellation by Unifest Events
If we are unable to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the advance amount will be provided.
2. Course Enrollment (Balloon & Flower Decoration Courses)
Enrollment Confirmation
- Course seat is confirmed only after full or partial fee payment.
- Limited seats per batch are available.
Course Cancellation by Student
- Course fees are generally non-refundable once the batch has started.
- If cancellation is requested before the batch begins, the amount may be adjusted to a future batch (subject to approval).
- No refund will be provided after course commencement.
Batch Transfer
- Students may request to transfer to the next batch in case of genuine reasons.
- Approval is subject to management discretion.
Certification Policy
Certification will only be issued upon:
- Completion of the full course duration
- Active participation in practical sessions
No refund will be provided for incomplete participation.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after booking
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Failure to attend course sessions
- Delay caused by client or student
4. Processing of Refunds
If applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.
