Booking Policy

This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking event decoration services with Unifest Events through https://unifestevents.in/.

By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Event bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
  • The booking will be considered tentative until the advance amount is paid.
  • Event date and time will be reserved only after payment confirmation.

2. Advance Payment

  • A non-refundable advance payment is required to secure the event date.
  • The advance covers planning, material procurement, and team scheduling.
  • The remaining balance must be cleared before or on the event day, as agreed.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

3. Event Details & Finalization

Clients must provide:

  • Event date and venue details
  • Theme and color preferences
  • Special customization requirements
  • Venue access timings

Final design approval must be confirmed prior to execution.

4. Setup & Execution

  • Our team will arrive at the venue as per the agreed schedule.
  • Clients must ensure venue access and necessary permissions.
  • Delays caused due to venue restrictions or client-side issues are not our responsibility.

5. Changes to Booking

  • Minor changes in decoration details must be communicated at least 5 days before the event.
  • Major changes may involve additional charges.
  • All modifications are subject to feasibility and material availability.

6. Rescheduling

  • One-time rescheduling may be allowed based on availability.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made in advance.
  • New date confirmation is subject to slot availability.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Clients are advised to review that page for detailed information.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Ensuring safe working space for setup
  • Preventing damage to decorations after handover

Unifest Events is not responsible for damage caused after setup completion.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Weather disruptions
  • Unforeseen emergencies

In such cases, rescheduling or adjustments may be discussed.
