This Course Policy applies to all students enrolled in Flower Decoration and Balloon Decoration Courses conducted by Unifest Events at our workshop.
By enrolling in our training programs, students agree to comply with the following policies.
1. Enrollment Policy
- Course enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the required course fee (full or partial as agreed).
- Seats are limited per batch to ensure personalized attention.
- Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Course Duration & Attendance
- The course duration is 30 days (offline training) at the Unifest Events Workshop.
- Students are expected to attend all sessions regularly.
- Excessive absence may affect certification eligibility.
- Makeup sessions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
3. Practical Training Policy
- 80% of the course focuses on hands-on practical learning.
- Students must actively participate in workshop activities.
- All tools and materials provided during training must be handled responsibly.
- Any intentional damage to equipment may result in charges.
4. Certification Policy
Students will receive a Professional Course Completion Certificate only if:
- The full course duration is completed
- Active participation in practical sessions is maintained
- Course requirements are fulfilled
Unifest Events reserves the right to withhold certification in case of misconduct or incomplete participation.
5. Code of Conduct
All students must:
- Maintain professional behavior during training
- Respect trainers and fellow participants
- Follow workshop safety guidelines
- Avoid disruptive or inappropriate conduct
Unifest Events reserves the right to remove any student for misconduct without refund.
6. Fee & Refund Policy
- Course fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
- Batch transfer requests may be considered before course commencement.
- No refund will be provided after the course has started.

7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, course content, designs, and techniques shared during the program remain the intellectual property of Unifest Events and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
8. Changes to Course Structure
Unifest Events reserves the right to update course content, schedule, or structure for improvement purposes.
